People's Development Program

  • The common people as center of
    economic development.  The
    institution will implement programs
    that will facilitate awareness among
the poor of their right and capability to
    engage in enterprise development
and other economic activities. It will
    provide venues for the people’s
    involvement and participation in the
    development and implementation of
    business or livelihood activities.   It
    will persuade the government to
include the poor in crafting its strategy
    for economic development and nation
building and to provide programs and
services that will give the poor the
means and opportunity to engage in
    business.

  • Human resources development. The
institution will find ways to help
    improve the skills, knowledge,
    attitudes, values and institutions of
the people to prepare them for active
    involvement in the implementation of
    the People’s Enterprise Program.
