RPN 9 Features TKDCI
"K na Tayo" aired the official launching event of Tao at
Kalikasan Development Center, Inc. (TKDCI) last December
5, 2007.
The event was held at the Department of Agrarian Reform
(DAR) Gymnasium in Quezon City on November 30, 2007.
"K na Tayo" featured Awit at Sigaw ng Kalikasan - Battle of
the Bands as the major highlight of the event.
"Through visual and performing arts, we demonstrate and
spread our campaign to save the environment," said Mr.
Robert dela Cruz, TKDCI Executive Director, during his
interview in the TV program.
Likewise, Rocksteddy, one of the guest bands, appealed for
youth responsiveness towards environmental protection.
"Magandang ma-impart sa kabataan yung awareness at
concern sa kalikasan," said Teddy Corpuz, vocalist.
"K na Tayo" is hosted by Mr. Ardie Lopez, producer and
main host of Auto Extreme and Ms. Sheryll Crystal, DJ of
Magic 89.9 FM.
